- This ostomy bag uses 2 layers of non-woven fabric, with a layer of non-woven fabric added to the front and back of the bag. The non-woven material not only makes your skin feel comfortable and does not make noise, but also provides a good shield for excretion, and if you want to better observe the excretion you just need to pull the non-woven fabric away.
- If you need to vent the air, you can puncture the hole on the activated carbon, and the gas will be filtered from the bag through the activated carbon, which will reduce the odor and exhaust it at the same time, and the vent will not affect your subsequent use.
CAUTIONS ABOUT OSTOMY BAG
- If you find leakage in the bag during use, please replace it with a new ostomy bag immediately.
- Regarding the hydrocolloid chassis, please do not remove the protective film when not in use, once the hydrocolloid chassis is removed and re-covered with the protective film, the adhesiveness of the hydrocolloid chassis will be greatly reduced.
- During the process of applying the ostomy bag, after you put the hydrocolloid sump on the stoma, please use your hand to gently press the hydrocolloid sump, the temperature of your hand will make the hydrocolloid sump stick better.
- If you have skin allergy after using the ostomy bag, please stop using it immediately.
- If you have serious problems such as ulceration of the skin around the stoma, please do not use any one-piece stoma bag and consult your healthcare provider promptly.
